1.    Methods of Order & payment

• Ordering is done on-line with your credit card via SECpay, our secure payment provider.

2.    Quality of Goods/Fitness for Purpose.

• Models are continually being improved and design and artwork my vary from photographs.
• We cannot accept liability for injuries or damage arising from misuse of our products.

3.    Guarantees

• All boomerangs are guaranteedfor one year against breakage in normal useage. Return the broken boomerang to us for replacement with receipt or note of when and where purchased.

4.    Returns and Refunds

• If for any reason the goods fail to satisfy please return them within 7 days when a full refund will be given and cost of postage refunded.
• Proof of Posting (or carrier receipt) should be obtained for returned goods.

5.    Delivery Methods & Charges

• The majority of goods will be dispatched within 7 days from receipt of order and payment, subject to availability.
• Postage is charged at cost.
• All orders are delivered via First Class Post, Parcelforce Standard Service (within the UK) and Parcelforce Standard Worldwide Service (for outside the UK).

6.    Insurance

• Davro Boomerangs, will insure the goods in transit at no extra costs. 

7.    Local Taxes & Duties

• All overseas customers are responsible for the payment of any Local Taxes and Duties.

8.   VAT

• VAT is charged at 17.5%. This tax is only applied to goods purchased by customers from within the EC.

9.   Data Protection

• Davro Boomerangs will hold your details on computer.
• Davro Boomerangs will not pass your details to any third party.
• Davro Boomerangs will use your records to notify you of any special offers or account queries.
• If you do not wish Davro Boomerangs to hold your details on computer, please notify us in writing and we will delete your record. 

10.  All goods remain the property of Davro Boomerangs, until payment has been received.
